James Barnard

James Barnard (born in the 1780's (?)) and Sarah Unknown (b. 1786) were the parents of James Barnard (b. 1821). This James, as well as his son, James, was a cordwainer, shoemaker and leather cutter, living at 20 Cossack Street, Kingsland Place, St. Mary's Parish, Southampton, Hampshire, England. He died 28 February 1872 at his home on Cossack Street in Southhampton.

According to the England and Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations) 1861-1941, James information is as follows:

BARNARD, James - Effects under 100 pounds. 14 March. The Will of James Banrard late of 44 Cossack Street, Kingsland Place in the Town and Co. of Southampton, Gentleman, who died 28 February 1872 at Cossack Street, was proved at Winchester by Robert Barnard of Cossack Street, cordwainer, and James Barnard of Basingstoke, in the County of Southampton, Cordwainer, the Sons, two of the Executors.
