Jean Louis Daguerre

Jean Louis Daquerre was the son of Jean Daguerre and Marie Gracieus Lafourcade. He was born in 1840, at Guethary, and died in 1887, St. Pierre & Miquelon. His wife was Marie Lacoste born in 1833, St. Pierre & Miquelon, and died there in 1889.

Their children included: Joseph Louis Daguerre (1867- ), Marie-Pierre Daguerre (1865 - ) - (married to Joseph Bortharyre), Pierre-Louis Dagerre (1869 - 1899) and Auguste Charles Daguerre.

Note: Guéthary (Basque: Getaria) is a village and commune in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département of southern France. It is located in the traditional Basque province of Labourd.
