Johann Conrad Nass was born in Pfalz, Bayern, Prussia (ie the Palatinate) in 1712 and died on 2 April, 1781. He was the son of Johann George Nau (Nass) and Anna Catharine Schwarz.

John Conrad Nass was married to Anna Margaretha (last name unknown) in 1743 - at Osthoffern, Pfalz, Bayern. They were the parents of Anna Maria Barbara Nass (born 1746 in Pfalz, Germany - died 21 July 1805, in Lunenburg Township, Nova Scotia). She married Johannes Meisner.
