Hugh Neill Withers

Hugh Neill Withers was the son of Boyd Withers and Florence Nightingale Neill. He was born 9 April 1931, in Toronto, ON. He died 10 May 1986, Vancouver, BC. Hugh was married to Betty M. F. Raycroft on 11 Sept. 1956 in Burlington, ON.
Their children are: Hugh Stephen, Thomas Jeffrey and Shelah.
