William Willoughby

William Willoughby lived at Ballingarry Upper, Gorey Parish, Co. Wexford, Ireland. He was the father of Sarah Willoughby who in 1811 married John Willoughby of Killavaney, Co. Wicklow, at Ballinatone, Co. Wicklow.
