Roland Hillis

Roland Hillis was the son of James Hillis and Ruth Carter. He married Esther Richardson.

He was a respected doctor of dentistry in Guelph (with practice also in Elora) and was known as 'a fine Christian gentleman.' He & 2 colleagues used to give free service to some on welfare or could not pay (poor children were referred through the school system). He practiced in Elmira & then in Guelph, where he had a large home. Res. Guelph, ON, in 1967
