Brown Gillespie

Brown Gillespie was born in Ballymena, Co. Antrim, Ireland in 1766. He resided in Bath, Steuben Co., New York and died there in 1819.

He married a 'Miss Gilbert' (see reference below). Their children were:

Referenced in 'A history of Steuben County, New York and its people' and in 'Landmarks of Steuben County, New York.' The latter reference states that his was 'the first marriage . . . that of Brown Gillespie and Miss Gilbert.' (ch 11, p 147)
